Update: This is an older post that has a lot to do with the previous about cloaking. I've written it when I had less then 50 readers:) Now it's a good time to resurrect it. Read it and apply it if you're into the nasty stuff.

The meta description is very important for a website in both white hat and black hat use. But its importance is only understood when one employs cloaking and it's the last (only) line of defense against curious looks.

Conversion between Single-Byte and Multi-Byte (ASCII and UNICODE) Strings is easy but what if it became easier. One class constructor will expose the converted string so you can use it as you need to. Buffer is handled internally so make sure to copy it.
