There's a contest on blackhatworld and I thought it was worth mentioning here. I'll be looking forward to the outcome as I'm always interested in discovering the places where fellow blackhats dump links ;)
The rules are pretty straightforward. One needs to rank for blackhatworld rocks and on that same page have two links like this:
Btw … nowhere in the rules have they mentioned anything about dofollow links. So, mine are nofollow just to keep it BH.
I'd say this whole thing is linkbait or attention-bait and finding black-link oportunities, if you know what I mean. I for one will only be curios about the practical side of things, like … the backlinks to pages trying to rank for blackhatworld rocks.
Finished vacation two weeks ago and I'm writing my first free ebook right now, which, I have to admit is really boring stuff. I don't understand how 'mavens' write so much and have time for 'other stuff' too.
Also working on my money projects and still pondering upon the membership site. I also got some of the new stuff mavens released lately and might review a bit … but most's AdWords crap.
I have some more ebooks to write especially on the tech side of things (not sharing topics here and now but soon) and preparing a new site. Not long before it's all done and I'll get back to regular posting again. Maybe some of you missed me, others have forgotten about me and 500+ are on the mailing list waiting for proof of life :)
Things will shape up soon and we'll see how it all turns out. And I hope you had a fun summer too.
